The Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen said, from Wednesday night to Thursday, that it had carried out precise air strikes on legitimate military targets in Sanaa in response to the threat.
The coalition asked civilians not to congregate or approach the targeted sites in Sanaa.
The coalition confirmed that the Houthis choose to strike when they try to target civilians.
On Wednesday, the coalition announced the implementation of one of the largest targeting operations in Marib and Al-Jawf.
He added that 25 Houthi military vehicles were destroyed, and more than 280 Houthi members were killed.
The coalition also reported that 33 targets had been carried out against the Houthi militia in Marib and Al-Jawf during the past 24 hours.
On Wednesday, the coalition also revealed the interception of a drone in Yemeni airspace that was launched towards Saudi Arabia.
The coalition said, “We will bomb the sources of threat in the coming hours,” stressing its refusal to tolerate the “hostile behavior of the Houthis.”
In addition, the coalition announced, on Tuesday, the killing of 250 Houthi fighters, and the destruction of 29 Houthi vehicles in Marib and Al-Jawf, through 40 attacks within 24 hours.
On Tuesday, Arab coalition fighters launched air strikes targeting Houthi militia vehicles and sites, west of Taiz, Yemen.
A military source said that three coalition raids targeted Houthi crews and a gathering of fighters in the village of Al Mukhan in the Shamir area of Maqbna, in the western countryside of Taiz.
The source confirmed the killing and wounding of a number of militiamen, and the destruction of two military crews who were on their way to reinforce the fighting elements on the western Moqbna fronts.
