American Raymond Lomen Rasho won first place in the camel Noura in the international singles category, in the international race created in the sixth edition of the King Abdulaziz Camel Festival.
Ramin Rasho told Al Arabiya.net the story of his love for camels and his attachment to them during his life and work in Saudi Arabia, to which he came from Los Angeles, so that this participation would be the second in this festival.

The international open race is one of the new races approved by the International Camel Organization for the Association of Camel Farms in Europe and America, as it provides an opportunity for the participation of all those wishing to compete in the King Abdulaziz Festival competitions from all countries.
It is noteworthy that the festival administration confirmed earlier that the international open contest in Al-Mughateer color allows one individual participation in accordance with all certain terms and conditions, which is an encouragement for international participation, noting at the same time that all competitions are open to all participants from countries of the world.
The King Abdul Aziz Camel Festival is the largest Arab festival specialized in camels and their beauty marks. Over the course of forty days, it brings together major owners from the Kingdom, the Gulf states and the Arab countries who own – according to statistics – more than 33,000 camels.
