On Sunday, the Saudi Football Federation’s Discipline and Ethics Committee fined Fahd bin Nafel, president of Al Hilal Club, and Fahd Al Mufarrej, the club’s general supervisor of football, 50,000 riyals, due to their stepping onto the field of the team’s match against Al-Nasr last Thursday.
The committee indicated that Bin Nafel went to the match stadium twice, the first before the end of the first half, and the second after the end of the meeting before the referees and players left the field, which prompted it to fine him 30,000 riyals in an appealable decision.
Fahd Al-Mafraj’s violation was similar to that of the club’s president, as he went to the field floor before the end of the first half, and the second after the meeting and went to the dressing room, to be punished by the committee by paying 20 thousand riyals in a decision that is not subject to appeal.
