In 2004 Amr Diab released the album “Leila Nahari”, which was one of the most successful albums of the plateau, in which he presented many songs, the most prominent of which was the song “Daqq Al-Bab”.
This song was written by the poet Bahaa El Din Mohamed, who is one of those who achieved many artistic successes with Amr Diab for many years, and they collaborated together on many songs.
For the poet to reveal a surprise, which is that he finished writing a second part of the song “Knocks on the Door” and bears the name “I opened the door”, which he announced through his accounts on social media.
Despite the interaction of the large audience with the words mentioned by Bahaa El Din Mohamed, and the enthusiasm of some composers and song makers to know what will happen in the song, and what will happen when Amr Diab presents it, Baha El Din Mohamed did not announce that the song is dedicated to Amr Diab, and he did not announce that The plateau is the one who will sing it, and he did not deny the matter in the comments he received, and talked about Amr Diab’s presentation of the song.
And this may be the first time that he presents a second part of a song, which happens many years after the release of the original album that included the first song.
A long journey that the duo Amr Diab and Bahaa El Din Mohamed lived together, where they performed songs, most notably “Qali Al-Wadaa”, “Lo Eshkani”, “Habibi Ya Omari” and “Laughter”.
However, a dispute occurred between them years ago because of a song presented by the poet to Amr Diab in 2008 and called “He Said Fakerink”, but Diab did not present it in any lyric album, which caused the poet’s anger, especially since Amr Diab always sang it at his parties.
Before reconciliation occurred between them, Amr Diab returned to cooperate again with Bahaa El Din Mohamed on his album “Ya Anna Ya La”, and at the time included the song “Behzeer” written by Baha El Din Mohamed to his album.
