The Saudi Qiddiya Investment Company announced that it has awarded a contract for the construction of Six Flags amusement park Qiddiya worth 3.75 billion riyals to Bouygues-Batimont International – France (BBI, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction Company) and Al Mabanee General Contracting – Saudi Arabia.
The contract was signed at the Experience and Visitors Center in Qiddiya, followed by a ceremony to lay the foundation stone for the project to mark the official start of construction work, in the presence of officials of the two companies, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Qiddiya will be the future capital of sports, entertainment and arts in the Kingdom, where visitors will be able to enjoy a variety of activities and distinguished services through offers for sports and health, nature and environment, parks and entertainment destinations, movement and excitement, and arts and culture.

Six Flags amusement park will be built on an area of 320,000 square meters, and will include 28 games and entertainment destinations, including 10 games for adults, and 18 games for families and children, to become one of the main attractions, not only in Qiddiya but in the city of Riyadh in general.
